What are examples of interrogatories in aid of execution? I understand they are about the defendant's personal property, bank account, and employment but I don't know how you word them correctly to gain the answers I need.

What do you need the interrogatories for? Are you trying to garnish the person's paycheck? Are you trying to levy his bank account? Do you have a signed Judgment Order against this person already in place?

It is for a small claim's case. I am trying to collect payment from the defendant. No action has been taken against the person yet because the appeal case was only 6 weeks ago and I needed to wait 30 days till I could send the questions. Currently I have questions about the defendant's employer, social security, personal property, and bank accounts. The defendant is trying every possible way not to pay me my money so I want to make sure I have all my bases covered.
