I left a $100 deposit on a used car at a dealership in Dutchess County NY, on a Saturday. On Wednesday I called their finance dept to ask for a refund of the $100. They said they would mail it to me. My request was made in 3 business days. The finance dept was surprised but did not argue with me. I asked if they needed anything more from me; they said no.
The reason for the change of mind is that I did not know the car lacked power windows and a radio, until I got there. I decided I did not want to have a car without them.
I've yet to receive the refund. Am I entitled to the refund and what should I do next.

I would not have made a phone call,I would have asked for my money back in person. You are certainly entitled to a refund. Now go directly there and demand it
