Water in fuel light is on, I've changed the fuel filter and drained resivoir on top of engine.Is there some kind of seperator on the side of the engine that could still be full of water that I need to empty.The water in fuel light went out after changing filter, but lit up after running engine for a few minutes.

Replace fuel filter, located on the frame next to the fuel pump.
