What age must a child be to be able to claim them on your taxes
My youngest daughter is 20 years old, she is not employed and has not been employed for 2009. Am I able to claim her on my income tax return?

Not as a qualifying child (assuming she is NOT a full time student - if she is a full time student then she is a qualifying child), but possibly as a dependent relative - IF her income is less than $3650 and you provide at least half her support.
