My RUUD compressor makes a loud chattering noise then the fan comes on and the chattering noise stops. I have replaced the Start and Run Capicators

Sounds like the compressor is on its way to its grave. Will most likely need a new one soon. Also, the fan on the condenser should come on at the same time as the compressor, so this may have something to do with the compressor failure.
