    Inside water connection in toilet
I am trying to replace a rigid pipe supplying water to the toilet with a flexible pipe. However, I can not seem to be able to disconnect the rigid pipe from the toilet water reservoir - the whole connection inside the toilet keeps on turning too. What am I doing wrong? Please help!

    Hi Ledblnc:

Take a pair of pliers and hold onto the shank of the fill valve outside the tank (or inside if not enough shank on outside to grab) while loosening the toilet nut with a pair of pliers underneath... should get it loose.
