The expiry date was Feb. 8th, and it is unopened. Gosh, drink it !
It will be a shame not to. I would. But at the price I pay for it in Ontario, I treat it like gold.

So it expired almost 2 years ago? I wouldn't risk it.

I am assuming he means the expiry date is this year Feb. 8th. Even if its 2009, it isn't 2 years.

Sorry for my goof, I was thinking February 8th. Which would never be on an expiry date. You are right.

Open it and find out, you will know right away. If it's bad it's going to be curdled and smelly. I have had opened Baileys in a cabinet for over a year and it was just fine. I usually only pull it out when it's time to go X-Mas tree hunting, so it might have been in there even longer:eek: I need to drink more:D

I worked as a bar manager, and the opened refridgerated Bailey's was only kept for four months. Even if it wasn't opened, I would dump it. It's cream based.
