The outlets in two bedrooms are out and I can't find any break in the lines at any of the outlets or junction box, however the vibration is half way up the wall.
Maybe a nail or staple.
Hang a pictute recently.
Short is likely at sound.
Have someone reset breaker while at wall.
Based on the reported symptoms, I would be opening this wall to visually inspect the wiring. There could be a serious connection problem, that may develop into a fire.
An Electrician should check any switch or receptacle boxes on that wall. Sometimes it will rattle the conduit.
Can you tell Romex or conduit?
The dead short you have actually makes the cable/wire vibrate in the wall. The vibration is not causing your breaker to pop, it's the other way around and is serious.
