I'm 16 and had sex with partner 2 days after my period ended we used a condom but found it split and when I went to the pharmacist to get the morning after pill she advised I didn't need it however I am worried that there is a chance I'm pregnant and would like to know what signs I can look out for before I am able to take a test.
