I have a problem of my upper floor not heating very well so am trying to adjust the air flow into the ducts via the dampers...

Only issue is I cannot find the damper levers on my ducts (my furnace is coleman)... All I have is "wing-nuts" which I believe can be used to change the damper angles and air flow...

Can anyone please help and suggest something for this issue.

Of you have wing nuts then you probably have dampers in the ducts. There is a flat spot on the shaft the wing nut is on. This flat spot will corospond with the damper blade inside the duct. Which ever way the flat spot is facing along the length of the pipe is where the damper is located. Easy does it with the damper adjustment. Your furnace needs to move some air not only for proper operation but to make sure it does not over heat from not enough air passing by the heat exchanger OR electric heaters depending upon what type of furnace that you have.
