I have 4 6530 copiers shooting bank copies-i have established it is not a cartridge problem-any ideas?

Prior to calling the Canon Help Desk I always go to the Canon website to their Support page and then search for the model of machine and then look at their FAQs.

Then either call the Canon Help desk or call a service technician.
