Not being taken seriously by doctors or parents anymore.
    Hey everyone,
I am an eighteen year old girl, and I have used this site many times always receiving very helpful responses. Hopefully again for my following question,
I have suffered from anxiety for a number of years, or what the doctors catagorize as anxiety. I really just have an irrational fear of fainting.
For the last few weeks I have been dealing with an extreme amount of, shaking, not just trembling. Accompanied with hot flashes and flushed cheeks, and I just feel, weird, physically.
Although I realize these are symptoms of anxiety, I feel I have my disease under control and I don't recognize this as coming from my anxiety, I believe it might be physical..
    Please give me your opinions.

By being a sufferer of anxiety, I feel my parents and doctors do not take any of my symptoms seriously anymore, and just blame it on my mental state.

Your doctor and parents would know best. Try trusting them and take their advice, it would probably be helpful.
