What if the prbation officer said the failed a drug test ,but have proof they did not

PO will present proof or non-proof to Judge if "they" are violated.

When you go to the hearing before the judge, you can present evidence that meets court rules of evidence that you did not fail the test.
And they would present what proof they have to show you did.

So what is your proof, do you have a copy of the drug test they did, showing it passed

One cannot prove that someone DIDN'T do something.. There's only proof that someone DID. Consequently, no matter what proof you think you have, you really have none.

Therefore, you should accept the finding of the drug test because it's most likely accurate.
