I have a Lux 9000TS Thermostat - I don't know anything about heating and electric my house was built in 2002 so everything is relatively new

I swapped out my old stat when the AC quit working in September - Today the first day in NE Florida I've had to use the heat I found out the heating is not working

Here is a picture of how it is wired... everything look okay?
