My son is 4 months old and I stopped breastfeeding when he was 7 weeks and I have not cycled yet. I had a day of spotting on the 8 weeks after he was born but nothing since. My partner and I have had unprotected sex on many occasions. I have recently become quite tired and occasionally experience nausea. Is it possible that I am pregnant already.
