When attempting to open a JPG attachment in Outlook 2002 I started receiving an error message that says "Application Not Found" - Attachment won't open but Outlook does not error out. It only happens on one of many machines in our office. How can I fix?

Have you recently uninstalled any programs such as camera software or image editing software?

What this means is that you have no application associated with JPG files. You have to recreate that association. Right clikc on a JPG file and select Open With, select the viewer/editor you want to opne JPGs with and make sure you check the Always Open With box.
