'94 accord 5-speed
Starter will not crank.
Jumped power directly to solenoid and it fired right up. All fuses are good.

Sounds like the problem is with the ignition switch, neutral start switch, or wiring:

Be sure to clean the battery terminals and cable connections, as well as the starter motor connections--you'll be glad you did. Carefully examine the battery cables.
