    Moving out at the age of 17 in Louisiana
    OK I'm 17 years old and I still live wth my parents. In my life so for I have barly any freedom at all. Because my mother would choise evrything for memy friends my loved ones and my future andfrackly I'm tired of it. So I heard I could move out at the age of 17 here in Louisiana is this true? Answers would be greatly apperciated.

    No, and you are still basically a child, shouild be in school and basically don't have all the freedom you want,

    Nope 18 is the age of majority in Louisiana. So you have less than a year to go. I would spend that year, getting a job and preparing to move out.

    In the meantime I would enlist some other family member has a mediator to see if you can get mom to lighten up.
