    Vacum packed beef rib
    Does anyone have a idea how long in days you can keep a beef prime rib in its original vacum seal in a walking cooler. We have no experation date we can find. Any help would be great Thanks

    No, I would put it in the freezer and then take it out when you need it. Vacuum packed in refer still can go bad. I have frozen stuff and never had a problem.

    Thanks for the tip, that's what we did was freeze it.
