13 hp Briggs will fire & crank if I pour fuel into air intake. I stops as soon as fuel in the intake is gone (just a few seconds). Replaced fuel lines, fuel pump, filers. Sprayed two cans of carb cleaner into and through the carb. It seems there is no pump pulse to the fuel pump. Any ideas?

You will have to take the bowl off the carb abd clean the main fuel jet,'
When you take the bowl off the main fuel jet in under that bolt
