My supervisor one of many has control of the jobs I do each day I continuously get the worst jobs if she is the one who assigns them to me. She talks to me like I am a low level of scum. When I mess up "come in late maybe once a year she makes note of docing my pay when there are others who contionusly do it and nothing. I know because I've asked thoes people and she never said anything to them. When calling me on the phone she dosen't identify herself and demands an order. Very unproffesional. What do I do?

Unfortunately, the workplace isn't fair, and there are very few laws that make it that way. There's nothing you can do other than look for another job.
