    Burning Calories
Is There Really Much Of A Difference Between Jogging And Using A Stationary Bike At Home. I've Heard 30 Minutes Of Cardio Is Good... but Which One Would Burn Calories More To Lose The Fat?

The average is this: to burn 1 lb you must burn 3500 more calories the you take in as food! So check this out if you'd weigh 135 lbs and worked out on a stationary bike for 30 minutes you'd burn 122 calories; on the other hand if you jogged for 30 minutes, you'd lose 215 calories. It's really easy to figure out, you have to work to lose!!

Jogging (not running or sprinting) is the best way to lose weight. It takes time, and a rule of thumb is to make sure you can talk while you jog,]... that way you know that you are not going to fast.
