    Rear draining toilet
    Looking for info!!

I found a rear draining toilet and was wondering of it's beneficial applications for the basement.

I have a sewage basin set up already, but no rough in for the toilet. Is it possible to use this type of toilet to bypass dropping a new line in the concrete?

I'm only a few feet from the basin, so it's not a big project to rough it in, but if I don't have too...

Thank for the help and expertise on this subject.

    Re: rear draining toilet
Hey Scott,   Is it a blow out bowl that uses a Sloan Flush Valve.  If it is you will need backing for a wall mounted bowl and you'll have to supply the flush valve with 3/4" pipe.   I'm not really sure what type toilet you're referring to.  Does it have a base that sets on the floor or is it wall mounted?  A brand name would be nice.  By "sewage basin" do you mean that you have a holding tank and a sewage pump? Please go into a little more detail and I'll reply ASAP.  Regards, Tom
