    False Representation
My application for spouse visa has been refused on the grounds of "False Representation". Have there been any cases similar to mine? And How long can my visa be withheld?

"False Representation" means the consulate finds your application a fraud. Find out what exactly is the cause... and correct it.

Hi thanks for your reply. Fraud is might be part of the False representation act but for my case it means as well that I wasn't telling the truth when I was interviewed by the British Embassy when I used to live back in Uk that's why they refused my application as I already appealed twice to the court back in UK and they keeps refusing my application.

What's the story? Did you have a lawyer when you filed appeal?
