Ok, as I have found in your other posts it seems you got the girl and what we say doesn't matter because we are just people on a computer so do what you want.

13 is TOO young to date, even if you're just dating to get to know the opposite sex, you can do that just as well through friendships, which are much safer for youngsters like you.

Also, trying to get a girl to like you is disrespectfull and manipulative- to her and her boyfriend. If she has a boyfriend she is off-limits. Just a tip for when you start to seriously date. For now, dating in general is off-limits.
