Tragic H1b visa story, no real job and salary but a need to pay tax
While preparing for Residency in USA, came across a
Research company, that offered to sponsor H1b visa and
A guaranteed job. They even charged me for lawyers fee
And visa fee plus training fee ($5000). The visa was
Approved but now it looks like there is no job in the
Company, they are asking me to pay the tax ( both individual and on behalf of company which is a large
Sum of money almost 1200 to 1800 every month) for the
Salary I do not get or they want me to sign saying that
I am on medical leave because of sickness, I have no
    Medical disease.

The company is threatening about the cancellation of
The H1b. What are the options for me? Kindly please
    Advise.

They can't make you pay taxes on salary that never received. Don't deal with them verbally, put everything in writing.

Report this matter to USCIS, and Department of Labor. Plus you can also contact District Attorney...
