Have a montgomery wards 2 stage snowblower 5hp both belts are shot. How do you change them.. there is a shaft running through both pulleys do you have to drop the whole drive wheel assy out of it? Please help thanks..

There are three places that could have a breakdown so I can view what you have but I would need a model number, usually beginning with TMO.
