    Can't help you on price. I'm from Pa.

    Concrete is price by the cubic yard. The best thing to do is call a concrete supply co. and ask how much a yard of concrete is.

    Usually the price is more expensive if you get 3 yards or less.

    Don't know what you mean by "including material". Are you looking for labor plus material?
