Many years ago me and my sister watched a film about a man who lived in a black ball it looked like a pool ball, In the film it also had a crow with one big metallic eye and his eye would send back footage of what the eye could see to the man, the man use to wear a black suit and cape with fur around it and a big black hat with feathers on it, I believe there was also a woman living in a boot in this film it must be over sixteen years old the film as I was young when I watched it does anyone have any ideas about what the film maybe called thank you.
