I am a step father to a boy whom turned 3 in October and he sees his bio father every other week overnight 1 night
He collected him from us just over 2 weeks ago and has contacted social services and the police and filed child abuse case against me.
I have not seen the boy since he was collected that morning.
I am awaiting for the police to contact me and interview me whilst all this is going on he is staying with his bio father and my partner his mother can only have supervised contact with him once a week.
Is there any way that I can speed the police up to interview me?

First what court order was filed to change the current custody order ?

Your wife needs an attorney, this may not even be legal from the bio fathers side, unless CPS went to court and got and gave him temp custody
