In middle school it was a suggestion to keep a calender as to when our periods would start and finish each month and we were handed out little mini calendars. Mine were very on time for about 4 years and now they're very dotted around.. mine used to start on the 25th of each month but now they start perhaps on the 7th one month and then on the 19th the next.. it always catches me off guard and its beginning to get irritating because I could be out shopping and I would suddenly come on. What can I do to regulate them? Thanks
