Kenmore HE3 Electric Dryer will not heat. Have checked heater coil, thermostat, and thermo cut-off for continuity. It appears that the cut-off is not working. I have purchased replacement parts, but am unable to reach old parts to remove them. Could you tell me how to gain access?
