I have a male friend that is looking for any kind of work while he attends school but he can't seem to find anything because he has felonies. Does anyone know where he might be able to find a factory job or any type of job? He is ready and willing to work.

Factory work sounds great and all but nowadays ALL factory workers must have background checks done. There have been too many instances of too many drugs being sold in their factories that factory owners have just totally banned all felony convictions regardless of what the charges were.

He might do better looking for a job at a restaurant as they don't do background checks there as a rule.

Right now most factories are laying off, all of the ones I know have even cut workers pay up to 25 percent.

So what training, what eduction does he have. Right now any job you can find has to be a maybe
