1994 ford explorer 4wd don't work I can hear the relay clicking but never engages 4wd. It comes on sometimes but not very often.

There are two vacuum lines that work the 4 x 4
one goes to the front diff. the other goes to the transfer case.
sounds like you have one with a crack in it.
