The Legal Tenant, (now my ex-boy friend) wants me to move out. Since I am on the lease only as an Occupant, I am wanting to know if there is a time limit for me to move my things out of the apartment? Does it matter that I brought a married guy friend to stay the night at the apartment?

As only an occupant you have no right to have an overnight guest without the tenant's permission.
But as an occupant, you can't just be thrown out. You will need to be given some notice to vacate. How much depends on where you live. A key fact you neglected to provide.

Yes, your "overnight" guests can be asked to leave or "thrown out" basically if the tenant has not given their permission.

You have only those rights given to you in the written lease, but yes with notice you can be asked to leave and evicted if you don't
