I purchased a Glacier Bay Single Hanlde Lavatory Faucet 10 years ago. The acrylic handle #03 keeps coming off because the screw hole in the Adapter #11 is stripped. I would like to purchase the Adapter #11 and the Set Screw # 16. I have gone to Home Depot where I originally purchased the faucet but they did not have the parts.
