I have a roommate that I want to be evicted from my home due to he brought a dog and he keep it inside his room during night and day time he let it free outside the home,I have probles w/paying late the rent and he doesn't follow the rules of the house like smoking or a lot a visitor.

What can I do to get him out of my home I just don't want him

When you give him a receipt the next time he pays his rent, give him a written 30 day notice to vacate. You don't need to say why. If he fails to leave after 30 days, you need to go to court to officially evict him.
