Distance from a spot light to ceiling of a cloud
The distance from the ground to the underside of a cloud is called the ceiling. A ground observer 950 m from a searchlight aimed vertically upward notes that the angle of elevation of the spot of light on a cloud is 76 degrees. What is the ceiling to the nearest meter?

It's a similar problem to the one you posted earlier.

Now, you have the length of the base of the right-angled triangle and you have to find the height of the triangle.

    Use the same trigonometric ratio.

    Post your answer.
