Hi, I have a sony KDL-46V150 LCD TV, and I only have white, red, yellow color cords coming from the dvd player, how do I connect the two together, and which channel should I put it on after connecting

There should be Yellow, white, and red connections on the back/side of the TV. Once connected, look at the label. It should say something like "Video 1". Then on the Sony remote, press "INPUT" then use the arrows to move the yellow bar down to "VIDEO 1" and press the center button that looks like a plus, it's in the middle of the arrows.

If your DVD player has an HDMI output or component output (red, green, and blue), you should use those connections as you will get a better picture quality. However, you will most likely need to purchase more cables since all you have is 3 RCA cables (your yellow, white and red cables).
