What factors are most important in determing the value of an antique chair?

I have studied the form and style of the chair, tested the wood type and other features that I deemed important in understand the period and availbility of such chairs, yet I would like to know what you feel to be the most important things about an antique chair in determing it's value.
I'm including a video of the chair on this link:rescuelifeproducts's Page - I Antique Online

    Hi, rescuelifeproducts!

I'm not finding the video, (or, did you mean image?), of the chair on that site.

    Where is it, please?

    Thanks!

If the piece has drawers, remove a drawer and look closely where the front and back of the drawer are fastened to the sides of the drawer. If a joint was dovetailed by hand, it has only a few dovetails, and they aren't exactly even
