For indictment for drugs and trafficking in Canada, I have not been provided with full disclosure by the Crown from the Police. There were no pictures of the drugs seized at a residence and no sign off shet by the police that shows the date and the amount of the drugs seized from the residence. Do I say to the court, I cannot plead since I need full disclosure so that I know what I am pleading to at court in Canada?
