    How do I restart my computer
    My friend got a new laptop and forgot the password. It's not letting her make a new one. What do we do?

    Hi,
    Sounds like it is boot from the CD. A program called PassKey exist that may get it back for you, but most probalby you will get to reload the OS and pick a password that makes sense or is memorable. "Timbuktu and Tyler too" might be a bad choice!

    If you don't have important data on it the do a Recovery. What laptop is it?
