    No water in toilet tank
My toilet is only a few months old. It worked fine until yesterday. Now no water comes through the pipe nor does it make any noises. Could the pipe be plugged?

    Stratmando

I would start by lifting top and be sure float is moving down. If it is stuck up, water will not flow.
Open and close the valve behind toilet.

After trying what Strat says you may need to confirm a good supply if it was not the float valve (ballcock). Shut off the stop below the tank and open the connection immediately after the valve, cover the opening with a towel and small bucket, open the stop to test your supply

I have a Kohler toilet with a fluidmaster fill valve a can instead of a ball

I played around with the fill flush a little and now it works. Thanks for your time.
