Could breaker amps affect power of electric range?
We recently installed an electric range oven. The Electrical outlets had to be changed from a 3 prong to a 4 prong. Everything looked good until we started the preheat process. It took 1 hour to preheat the oven to 350 degrees. The breaker for the range is a 40 amp breaker. Could this be effecting the power of the oven causing it to heat up slower? What is the standard amps for a range? Specs are V-: 240, Hz-: 60, Kw-: 11.1, A-: 46.3. It's a dacor model # RSE30S
