Pentair intelliflo pumps for swimming pools- comment on reliability and repair options

I have an Intelliflo 4x160 pump that failed a year ago. The Motor Controller Module atop the motor has failed. The motor itself is OK. When I checked last year, Pentair said that the Motor Drive/Controller Module was not an available spare part and I would have to purchase a complete new motor/pump system. Naturally, with this policy, I replaced it with another brand. But I would like to buy a new motor drive module for the defective pump when/if one comes available at a reasonable price.

Has the situation changed in the last year? Thanks.
