Someone gave me aquick claim deed to this house can they evict me from his property

It the someone was the OWNER, then sure. You own the house, and you can't be evicted..

But, it's not as simple as that, is it? Why don't you tell us the whole story?

If the owner of a house gives you a quitclaim deed ( the deed would be in your name and they sign it) you take the deed and file it at the court house and you are now the owner of that house.
