When I turn on my shower, regardless of if I turn it on to hot or cold, it runs for about 2 to 3 minutes with scalding hot water. After that, even if I turn it all the way up to the hottest setting, I can only get lukewarm water. No sinks are having any similar issues.

One handle or two for that shower? I suspect a problem with the mixing valve but we need more details.
