I am married to a non citizan and we have two kids. I work and he stays home and takes care of our two boys. When I file my taxes am I going to get the child erned income credit? He does not have a ssn but he does have a itin number. I work more than 80% of the time. He works maybe 4 months out of the year if we are lucky, he does file his taxes. Thanks a lot!

However, you WILL get $2,000 in Child Tax Credits ($1,000 per child).
