When thermostat calls for heat the unit starts up the burner will light for 10 sec. and shut off, this will cycle three four times then LED on circuit board will start flashing 7 times. If I take the blower cover off and replace it the process starts all over. Seams to happen when there is a temp change in the programming of the thermostat. This is an intermittent problem at this time.
