well sin maybe my other question was to personal
It's 2 questions in one,
It's about getting my residence or my visa so I can travel to the U.S.A
When I was little like 7 years old my dad took me as an immigrant to the U.S.A
My dad lived with my step mom over there, so he came to pick me up at mexico.
My step mom didn't have papers back then when I was 7 years old, she had 3 kids that were born in th U.S so through them with time she was abble to get her residence
She put me in the application so I can get them too, But immigration denied my residence because they didn't have an adoption letter from my real mom.
That process took place when I was 12 years old,
I went to school for some time over there, until I turned 14 years of age
And came to mexico, now I tell my mom that I'm over 18 now and maybe if she fills out an application to get citezenship she can put me in the application she has my fathers last name and they're legaly married can immigration acept me so I can become a citezen or not? I
Mean when I was 14 I didn't want to be in the U.S considered as an immigrant so I found my way back to mexico and now I live in mexico and I'm trying to get my papers through my mom or a visa to travel to the U.S in case they refuse my application through my step mom for whatever reason, will it afect me in a future if I apply to get a visa telling immigration that I lived in the U.S for seven years and I have school records over there? Then came to mexico and now I'm trying to get my visa so that I can do thigs right? Will immigration accept that?

I was wondering if you can check the page where I had written my question, and you posted your answer on the bottom of the same page I answered the question you made me only that I think I put my other answer on the wrong spot I'm not so sure.
Well to any one that may be reading this Merry Christmas and a Happy New year's.
I'm sorry if I Offended anyone it wasn't my inttention, I declare it to the public.
I Guess I really needed to know the answer to my question for immigration
And I disrespected this page on the web, I'll never do it again I'm sorry.
To all the experts sorry.
Is it okay if I ask again?
I want to get my Visa I lived in the U.S for seven years ever since I was seven years old
Till I turned 14, My school records are over there and my step mom has residence but
Right now I don't have much of a hope maybe because she's my step mom and because I don't know what she could do to apply for me or if immigration will accept my application from her for residence or Citezenship because she is a Resident she's married to my dad
And my step mom and me have the same last names because of my dad.
Even thou I Don't know if maybe that way she can apply for me I don't know what my chances are.
Also, I want to apply for my visa like a traveling one I would like to visit the United states, But my only question was I grew up In the United States
My dad is not a citezen or a resident he took me over there whe I was little I grew up
And when I turned 14 I decided to come back to Mexico hoping I can do things the right way to visit over there again.
At this moment I have 5 years living in Mexico ever since I came over here
And now I woud like to apply for a Visa what can I tell immigration?
A friend of mine told me that they're very stricted so in that kind of situation will they refuse my Visa if they find out I lived in the United States or what will they think or do?
I mean I don't plan on lying to them I've just tried my hardest to things the right way
I just want to know how will they react? What can I do if yhey refuse my application?
My whole record is clean, I just live in Mexico because I decided I didn't want to break the law.
My dad is not a u.s citezen he's not remarried
When he went to the United States he married my step mom but they're both mexicans.
My dad was never married twice over there only once, with her.
When they were already married that's when she became a resident and that's when immigration told her that after 5 years she could apply for her Citezenship, it's past 5 years and she wants to put me and my dad in the application to see if we can become residents or citezens She asked me to ask if she can apply for us while she applies also for her citezenship? Can she?
In the other side if she were able to apply for us I don't know?
I just though that maybe right now that I live in mexico I could apply for a Visa
Through my job because the process of immigration if they aprove my father and I could take like 10 years even though I don't have that much hope.
I just though of getting a Visa so I could travel over there,
My only question with the visa is will immigration refuse my application if I tell them I lived over there for like 7 years? Particuly ilegal because my dad was ilegal also my step mom now She was the one that got remarried she had 3 kids with her other husband but she suffered domestic violance with him, so he went to jail and the government was helping her because her children were all citezens after I don't know how long she married my dad
He was ilegal over there also then past some time my dad picked me up at mexico
Brought me to the U.S I was 7 years old when so I was like 11 she applied for her residence
Immigration gave it to her she had put me in the application but they refused mine because I didn't have an adoption letter from my real mom.
That's why now 5 years have past she wants to know if she applies for her Citezenship can she put my father and I in the application?
Regarding my Visa thing will immigration refuse mi application If tell them I was over there?
Even thou it wasn't even my choice to be over there because I was little?
That's why when I turned 14 by that time my step mom already had her residence and she took me to mexico, ever since I have lived over here I've never tried to cross
I came back to not break the law, my school records are over there But I live in mexico
Most likely what decision can they take regarding my situation?
Some one tod me that if they find out I lived over there they won't accept or aprove my application to take out a Visa.
O.k I kind of thought it was going to be something like that also
How about the question of me trying to get a Visa what would be the reasons
Why maybe they wouldn't approve it? Right now I'm 19 not 21 yet what is the exact age to get residence or visa?
I mean if I tried getting a Visa I would Do that On my own If I can't live over there it's
OK. I just want to visit are my chances low on getting a Visa when I can apply for it?
I'm independible I don't really depend on nobody I'm not even married my record is clean
In the U.s so if immigration knows I grew up over there they would't approve me
Because my parents are not residents or citizens? Does that have a lot to do?
How about a lot of mexicans get their traveling visa, I would at least want one of those
Just by the fact that I was over there they will refuse me? Even if I came to live in mexico to not vioate the law? I ask becase my step mom can put in the papers for me but I want to see what I can do myself without having to become a citizen .Only that who knows if immigration will approve my application if they know I lived over there no matter how many good reasons. What papers would I need to make it for a Visa that will actually convince them? Because I want to apply if they are going to refuse it then I'll just go by my moms procedure, how about if she fixes papers for me and through that time I get married with someone that's not a citizen will I have problems with that? Will I
Still get my residence or citezenship? I mean it's an example I don't dream with the American dream I just like America. If I weren't able to I would still make my life over here in Mexico.
